A new proficiency testing on pathogenic flora in cheese (5 criteria: enumeration of coagulase positive staphylococci, Escerichia coli, microorganisms at 30 °C, sulphite-reducing anaerobes and Clostridium perfringens) is from now available (date of dispatch: 23 October 2018). Do not hesitate to consult the detail of this proficiency testing and to order it !
