- dry matter: 30 to 42 g/100 g

- nitrogen: 2.5 to 4 g/100 g

- chloride: 0.8 to 1.3 g/100 g

- pH: 5.4 to 5.7 units


Packaging

about 85 g in 120 ml polypropylene vials with locked lids


Dispatch

in insulated box with ice packs by express carrier (see regulation for shipping times)


Storage in the laboratory

at 4 (± 2) °C


Validity of the samples

testing must be carried out within 7 days after the date of dispatch
