Cecalait's newsletter is a quarterly periodical including:

  • information from normative, regulatory and legislative monitoring:
  1. monitoring of the analytical standardisation concerning milk and dairy products, metrology, quality assurance, at the international level
  2. monitoring of the European regulatory in the dairy sector about analysis and composition of milk and dairy products, sensory analysis, food microbiology, food hygiene and safety
  3. watch of the Afnor validations (Validation Agribusiness Technical Board)
  4. monitoring of the institutional websites (EFSA, Codex…) on all the information concerning milk and dairy products
  • results of instruments or reagents evaluations performed by ACTALIA Cecalait or technical articles concerning the analysis of milk and dairy products are also described in this document
  • information concerning news in library, calendar of events (congress, exhibition, symposium)… in the milk and dairy area.
