any analyser based on the principles described in ISO 9622|IDF 141 standard (infrared filter analysers, FTIR analysers)
→ 10 samples containing between:
- 10 000 and 300 000 CFU/ml
- 0 and 50 000 coliforms/ml
- 0 and 50 000 enterobacteria/ml
→ 1 vial of water to control the temperature of the samples at reception
1 inseparable group of 4 freeze-dried samples to be reconstituted according to the procedure supplied (total count about 1 000 CFU/ml E. coli and 1 000 CFU/ml coagulase positive staphylococci after reconstitution) and 4 tubes of diluent. Final volume: 9 ml
- at 3 (±2) °C before reconstitution
- to be used immediately after reconstitution
10 ml glass vials with cap and steel capsule and 9 ml tubes of diluent
monthly and on request (subject to availability), in insulated box with ice by express carrier.
