determined by the results of a group of expert laboratories using:
- oven method (IDF 26A:1993 / ISO 5537|IDF 26) for moisture,
- Röse-Gottlieb method (ISO 1736|IDF 9) for fat,
- Kjeldahl method (ISO 8968-1|IDF 20-1 and ISO 8968-3|IDF 20-3) for nitrogen
