addition of Bronopol to the samples (final concentration: 0.04 %)
in 30 ml polyethylene screw-capped vials with airtight seals
monthly and on request (subject to availability), in insulated box with ice packs by express carrier (see regulation for shipping times)

determined by the results obtained by an expert laboratory using the continuous flow chemical method. Results are expressed in mmoles/l and confirmed by a group of expert laboratories using the infrared method
